Our fitness room includes: Seated Row, Glute Extension, Leg Extension, Bicep Curl/Tricep Extension, Scifit Pro, 3 Precors, Elliptical, four Treadmills, Upright Bike, Back Extention, Rear Delt/Pec Fly, Inner/Outer Thigh, Leg Press, Precor FTS Glide, Recumbent Bike, Abdominal, Converging Chest Press, Seated Leg, Converging Shoulder Press, SciFit.
PLEASE NOTE: Our facility and fitness classes require CLEAN SHOES. Clean shoes are not just new shoes, but shoes that have never been worn outside. Walking across the parking lot drags in tar, stones, dirt, snow, and salt.
