This online membership will result in access to the downloadable Application form. Upon payment, you'll receive a one-time download of our Membership Application. You will need to fill out and return this application to the Ridgway YMCA within 30 days of payment to activate your membership. You may email, mail, fax or hand deliver the application to activate the membership. Photo ID is required to complete membership. This application will expire 30 days from the completed payment if it is not activated and will not be refunded.
