Jen’s Step & Sculpt
This step workout combines muscle conditioning, light weights, and fun music to step your way to fitness.
Step & Sculpt class is distinguished from others because of using the elevated platform step. This gets your heart and lungs in shape while toning the tush. While using the basic moves and fun choreography, we encourage each other and form lasting friendships. We incorporate exercise balls, wights, and bars for overall toning of the body and building muscle.

PLEASE NOTE: Our facility and fitness classes require CLEAN SHOES. Clean shoes are not just new shoes, but shoes that have never been worn outside. Walking across the parking lot drags in tar, stones, dirt, snow, and salt.
